1. Open up your two pictures and have them together in one document, so you have a Layer 1 and a Layer 2 being the different pictures.**It's easier to blend pictures if they have similar backgrounds, so dont have pictures with two totally different backgrounds.**
2. Select the eraser tool, grab a circular brush from a size 1-50 (depending on what you think will work best), and set the hardness to 0% so you'll have a nice clean fade.
3. Position your pictures to where you want them to be.
4. Carefully erase around the top layer, where the bottom layers body is.
5. My final image looks like this:
